這是我第一次參加這種國際間的大學交流活動，哈爾濱雖冷但是這個季節充滿雪景與冰雕是相當的美麗，在接近-20度的環境中，空氣是冰冷充滿涼意但卻不讓人感到寒冷，反而是冷到發麻、刺痛。活動期間除了參訪哈爾濱工業大學與聆聽專題演講、歷史介紹之外，哈工大的主辦人員還幫我們安排了參觀航天館，進入其中就像走進了台灣的國家太空中心，裡面展示著許多衛星與火箭的相關零件，除此之外，解說員也詳細的介紹了不少零件用途以及發射的歷史。 這幾天中，我最喜歡的是在中央大街、松花江、史達林公園逛逛以及參觀防洪紀念塔的這個行程，因為不但能仔細觀察當地人的生活方式，更能與店家與路人有所接觸，更貼近他們生活。哈爾濱的東北人，其實也沒有如同傳言中的兇悍，反而在這趟旅途中，我們遇到的都是對我們釋出善意的當地人，有直爽的雜貨店老闆娘、叮嚀我們要小心錢財與安全的計程車司機、很喜歡台灣風景的麵包店店員、一直稱讚台灣女生的熱炒店老闆娘，還有很多很多在活動期間照顧著我們的哈工大志工，除此之外，哈工大的主辦人員還幫我們準備了不少的暖暖包，還有印有哈工大紀念標誌的圍巾、手套與毛帽，這些種種都讓我的內心充滿著溫暖，尤其是同車的兩位哈工大姊姊，特別的關心我們，也與我們分享許多哈爾濱的故事。 謝謝中央大學還有哈爾濱工業大學，給了我這個機會參加這次的交流活動，這七天所經歷的一切都深深的銘記在我心中，永生難忘，在我的2017這一年當中留下了相當美好的回憶。

Welcome Party is an annual activity held by NCU Student Ambassadors. It is a party to welcome the international students in the new semester and introduce some special activities which can make them meet more students, either Taiwanese or people from other countries. It is our duty to improve the relationship between them. At the beginning of the party, we have delicious meals. When they were enjoying their meal, student ambassadors went to chat with them. International students would share the culture, weather, or their school with others, and student ambassadors would also tell them where is very beautiful or interesting in Taiwan. Taiwan is known as delicious food, so talking about food is a nice choice. At the same time, student ambassadors would bring some cards which introduced the one-day tour and cultural trip. Both are activities that help them to know the local culture in Taiwan. I still remember that I chatted with students from Indonesia and introduced my department and my hometown – Tainan to them, especially the delicious snack of Tainan! We also talked about the weather in Zhongli, and we suggested that they should prepare more warm clothes for the cold winter.
